Shannon started her Marketing career at ASICS America Corporation in developing market research surveys. She learned more about a company’s target audience and what they were looking for and had the chance to analyze data and present my findings to the marketing team. In addition to research, Shannon managed creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns. This requires a keen eye for design and to be familiar with various software programs. Later Shannon took on the role to manage social media accounts while moving careers to The Outdoor Channel. This involved creating content, scheduling posts, and interacting with our followers. Shortly thereafter the company’s engagement increased and gained more brand recognition. One of the most challenging and rewarding experiences for Shannon was organizing and executing events. From coordinating with vendors to ensuring that everything was set up properly, to the outcome with positive feedback from attendees- It was all worth it! Shannon has valuable skills in research, design, social media management, and we are glad Shannon has joined our team!
